- Provide feedback to players to help them improve and grow as both individuals and athletes.
- Acknowledge and support the spiritual and personal growth of your players.

Qualifications/Competencies:
- Successful high school coaching experience preferred with strong leadership.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Background check.
- A comprehensive understanding of basketball, including current trends, strategies, and player development techniques.
- Understanding of coaching theory and practice.
- Ability to build relationships with players, families, and colleagues.
- The ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their full potential.
