Clinical Lead Rehab – Physical Therapist

Primary Duties:

• Oversee daily rehab operations, assist with staffing coordination, and ensure efficient patient scheduling.
• Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge summaries while maintaining compliance with standards.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff, assisting with appraisals and professional growth.
• Uphold departmental policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements while tracking key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited program in specific discipline (required).
• Masters Degree Graduate of an accredited program in specific discipline (preferred).
• Doctoral Degree Graduate of an accredited program in specific discipline (preferred).
• 1-2 years clinical experience (required).
