Cross Country Coach

Linden Hall seeks a cross country coach effective immediately for the 2024 season. The Coach will report to the Director of Athletics. The position runs until mid-October.

Responsibilities:

• Report new developments and concerns to Athletic Director.
• Attend coach’s meetings.
• General upkeep, protection, and recommendation of equipment/new equipment.
• Must hold athletes accountable for conduct and sportsmanship.
• Must notify Athletic Director the results of contests for media purposes at the conclusion of each meet.
• Must drive athletes to all away meets in Linden Hall school vans.
• Maintain safe atmosphere for athletes to compete.
• Complete/maintain all required coaching certifications.
• Teach proper and safe skills to athletes.
• Collaborate with Athletic Trainer to support injured athletes.
