Director Of Operations Cross Country

Under the direction of the Head Coach - Cross Country, the Director of Operations executes all operational matters relating to the Cross Country program, the student athletes and the coaching staff. This position will coordinate efforts with UT Cross Country Alumni and work thoroughly with all other institutional departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of team travel to include planning, transportation, meals, itineraries and expenses.
• Assist in the monitoring of the Cross Country budget.
• Game schedules and contracts.
• Manage and organize TEAMWORKS calendar.
• Supervise office workers and team managers.
• Liaison for alumni relations, donors, compliance, event management and other institutional departments.
• Manage team gear and apparel orders.
• Fulfill procurement card holder responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
