Description
Under the Supervision of the University's Head Softball Coach, the Director of Softball Operations is involved with all aspects of the day to day running of a Division I softball program. Duties include managing travel and equipment budgets, compiling practice and game data, serving as the liaison to Synergy Sports/Sydex Sports, directing managers and student assistant coaches, assisting the coaching staff with coordinating recruiting activities both on and off campus, as well as developing season schedules, helping to coordinate with compliance and academic efforts on campus, and working with relevant EKU support staff members to ensure proper nutrition is available for all team members, handling the coordination of food at all road and home contests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- One year of related experience required.
Job Duties:
- Manage travel and equipment.
- Coordinate manager and student assistant duties.
- All other duties as associated with the day-to-day aspects of a Division I softball program.
- Collaborates with relevant EKU support staff members to ensure proper nutrition is available for all team members, handling the coordination of food at all road and home contests.
