Description
Serves as the primary support to executive level roles and/or departments and acts as liaison and ensures confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information. Manages office workflow. Assists with strategic planning processes and administrative goals and priorities. Prepares budgetary functions and plans special events.
Essential Functions:
- Serves as Executive level support to Head Football Coach and others as requested for the general operations of the Football program.
- Acts as the Head Football Coach’s general representative and principal liaison between internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to employees, faculty, students, donors, alumni, media, and the public; ensures confidentiality of high-level, sensitive information.
- Manages Football office workflow, including meetings, calendars, agendas, and other logistical operations, coordinates travel arrangements for Head Football Coach and others as requested.
- Maintains budget expenditures and approves financial transactions via Concur and other expense/purchasing systems.
