Description
The Sport & Movement Science (SMS) department invites applications for a full time, temporary faculty role beginning in Fall 2024. Applicants will teach exercise physiology undergraduate courses. Preferred areas of interest include exercise physiology and nutrition. Professional certification(s) and membership in professional organization(s) are preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- A PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, or related health discipline, or ABDs in the same fields with significant progress on the dissertation.
- Previous teaching experience at the college/university level.
- Experience using instructional technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Evidence of scholarly research in exercise science, sport psychology, or related fields.
- Professional certification(s) and membership in professional organization(s).
