Football – Assistant Coach Offensive Line

Coaching responsibilities/duties will be for specific position groups on offense. The assistant/positional coach will report to their respective coordinator and the head football coach to ensure all duties and assignments are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coaching a position group or groups.
• Administrative duties, game week organization and preparation.
• Video breakdown.
• Opponent scouting
• Creating opponent tendency reports.
• Build and establish recruiting area/region
• Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or the Director of Athletics including strength and conditioning, academic monitoring and special teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Playing experience and/or extensive college coaching/recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to recruit high academic and quality student-athletes
• Experience with Hudl is required.
• Knowledge of and adherence to university, SIAC and NCAA Division II rules and regulations.
