Football Head Coach

Sandwich Middle High School is searching for a Football Head Coach. The successful candidate will serve as the head high school football coach for a program competing at the MIAA D6 level. The coach will manage every aspect including, but not limited to:

• Assembling a coaching staff.
• Recruiting & retaining student-athletes.
• Teaching skills & strategies.
• Ensuring safety in every facet.
• Oversight of strength & conditioning.
• Serving as an educator, mentor, and role model for students in Grades 8-12.

Job Requirements:

• Previous high school and college playing experience is preferred.
• Previous high school coaching experience is preferred.
