Girls Soccer C Team Head Coach

Following the mission of The Blake School and the core purposes of the athletic department, the girls C level soccer coach will direct, serve, and work alongside the Blake School Varsity Soccer program.

Job Duties:

• Work with the local current staff.
• Assist in aspects of the soccer program.
• Provide on and off court training opportunities that include instruction, management, and teaching of all players/goalkeepers.
• Assist with organizing off field planning.
• Communicating to players and parents.
• Guiding players interested in higher level soccer through the process.
• Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals.
• Experience coaching with demonstrated success at the middle school/high school levels.
• Passion for working with lower level school athletes.
• Ability to balance team building with individual skill building.
