Girls’ Softball Assistant Coach

Houston Christian High School (HC), a member of the Southwest Preparatory Conference, seeks qualified applicants for the position of Girls’ Softball Assistant Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal position. After school, evening and weekend hours will be necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years coaching experience preferred.
• High level of knowledge and skills in the principles and methods of program operations.
• Strong work ethic, energetic, enthusiastic, flexible.
• Excellent communication which includes interactive social media experience.
• Collaborative, servant leadership-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient in basic technology applications, specifically Google Apps knowledge (i.e. Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail).
• Ability and desire to guide students toward the fulfillment of their God given potential for spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.

• Ability to build relationships with teachers, students, and parents.
• Flexibility, sense of humor, and a willingness to assist with administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
