Girls Varsity Basketball Coach

Silver Lake Regional High school is in search of a a Girls Varsity Basketball Coach in charge of management and training of the varsity girls basketball team.

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching high school basketball; experience working with students.
• Previous high school coaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Teach the skills and strategies of basketball to student-athletes in grades 9-12.
• Be a role-model and teacher of Basketball including; practice, game day coaching, conditioning of athletes, supervision of athletes, maintenance of practice facility and equipment.
• Determine awards for students and provide the athletic department with a list of team needs.
• Communicate regularly with families as needed.
