Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing Baseball Team and Operations of Entire Baseball Program
- Provide oversight of Baseball Program and Team.
- Ordering Supplies and Materials for Baseball.
- Overseeing Budget for Baseball
- Organizing Bus Travel and Overnight scheduling for team.
- Organizes and maintains an accurate inventory of all eligibility, compliance and student records and transcripts.
- Helps coordinate travel arrangements with scheduled events.
- Planning and attending all state and national events that are required.
- Commits to and is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations set forth for the team, the institution, and the NAIA/Southern States Conference.
- Completes other assigned administrative duties.
- Touring Athletic Recruits includes calling prospective student-athletes, evaluating high school and junior college players, and 4-year players transcripts.
Qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR Certification Required within a month after hire.
- Prior Familiarity with Collegiate Athletics/NAIA Rules and Regulations Preferred.
