Head Baseball Coach / Athletic Operations Administrator

The Head Coach/Administrator will lead the planning, management, and coordination of all aspects of the Baseball program, including the oversite and hiring of Assistant Coaches. Responsibilities include organizing practices, supporting all relevant recruitment and fundraising activities, and overseeing the academic success of student-athletes.

Qualities and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree (required), Master’s Degree (preferred).
• 1-3+ years of combined experience in Athletic Administration and/or Coaching (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership experience; Ability to support administrative duties assigned by the Athletic Director.
• Understanding of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
• Experience with event management and site supervision.
• Requires night and weekend hours and potential overnight travel.
• Driver’s License required.
