Head Boys Swim Coach

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and strategies.
• Effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with IHSA/IESA and BCSD policies.
• Responsible for budget and program resources.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the swimming program, including student-athletes and coaching staff.
• Develop and implement training plans and game strategies.
• Foster sportsmanship and teamwork.
• Organize daily practices, off-season programs, and team events.
• Maintain equipment, uniforms, and program inventory.
• Collaborate with trainers, administrators, and other coaches.
• Keep team website and social media updated.
• Other duties as assigned.
