Head Boys Varsity Soccer Coach

Archbishop Carroll is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Boys Soccer Coach for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to develop and lead our student-athletes both on and off the court.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Boys Soccer program.
• Support and implement the philosophy of Archbishop Carroll Athletics as outlined by the President.
• Ensure compliance with all school, conference (WCAC), and DCSAA rules and regulations.
• Supervise assistant coaches and provide mentorship for player development.
• Recruit and retain student-athletes who embody the mission of Archbishop Carroll.
• Schedule and oversee team practices, competitions, transportation, and appearances at school events (e.g., open houses, off-season training, and camps).

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching high school-level soccer.
• 2+ years of coaching experience in soccer (preferably at the high school or club level).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
