Head Coach – Baseball

Rend Lake College seeks a Head Coach for our Division I Baseball team at our community college campus located in Ina, Illinois. Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting players for the team.
• Organizing and conducting practices.
• Scheduling games and tournaments.
• Compiling and reporting statistics.
• Managing the team budget.
• Monitoring academic progress of players.
• Organizing and participating in team fund raising.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience required.
• All candidates will be required to successfully pass a background screening process.
