Head Coach – Boys Lacrosse Team

Fenwick High School's Athletic Program is currently seeking a Head Coach for their Boys Lacrosse Varsity Team. All applicants must have or be in pursuit of appropriate credentials. The minimum qualifications for IHSA coaches include: ASEP Coaching Certification or a valid Illinois Teaching certificate.

Responsibilities:

• Head coach at the varsity level with oversite of the boys lacrosse program.
• Provide a vision for the future of Fenwick Lacrosse.
• Plan and schedule a regular program of practice (located primarily at Triton College).
• Oversee the safety conditions of practices and games.
• Attend league, district, school staff meetings, and sports award program.
• Assume responsibility for uniforms and equipment.
• Remain in compliant with all Virtus, ISBE, & IHSA requirements.
• Complete all required paperwork.
• Explain and enforce eligibility rules, training rules and regulations
• Communicate regulary and appropriately with the Athletics department and its staff, other faculty and staff, players, their families and other community consituent groups as directed..
