Serve as head coach to a high school athletic team following the
Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) regulations and Thompson School District policies. Coordinate assistant coaches, volunteers, practices and other administrative duties.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge and expertise of skills and strategies in the particular
sport. Demonstrate ability to develop meaningful relationships with parents and student athletes. Good communication skills are essential. Ability to use data to inform coaching decisions. Knowledge of CHSAA regulations and TSD policies. Ability to obtain CHSAA certification.
