Head Coach for Men’s Lacrosse

Duties:

• Practice and game preparation.
• Game day management (facilities/team needs), coaching and travel.
• Recruitment efforts including travel, written and verbal communication and scouting.
• Planning and maintaining team budget.
• Supervision of support staff.
• Training, practice development and organization.
• Compliance with NCAA and conference legislation.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Highly organized individual with strong writing and verbal skills.
• Previous college playing and/or coaching experience required.
• Experience in recruiting preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to NCAA Division III philosophy.
