The Head Coach will assume a tennis program that is well positioned for continued success on the court. The Head Coach will plan/direct the activities of the men’s and women’s tennis teams and is directly responsible for the recruitment and retention of student athletes. It is expected that the Head Coach will meet or exceed annual recruitment goals as determined in collaboration with the Athletic Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, recreation, health, or related field of study required.
- Minimum of three (3) years coaching experience as an assistant coach or high school head coach required or equivalent combination of coaching and playing experience.
- Knowledge of NCAA Division III and AMCC rules and regulations strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills also required.
