Description
The Head Coach – Girls Lacrosse is responsible for the strategic development and management of a world-class Girls Lacrosse program. Success of this position will be measured both by individual and team goals. Valor seeks to continually advance the passions and dreams of each student athlete to compete at the highest level possible.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous outstanding experience in coaching Lacrosse.
- Demonstrated ability to lead others at a high level and appropriately manage a large team of assistant coaches.
- Desire to run efficient and effective practices while balancing the academic load of our student athletes.
- Experience in mentoring student-athletes.
- Unwavering commitment and demonstrated success in integrating a faith-filled, Christ-centric process as the foundation of the program.
- Must be able to relate with high school athletes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents and other coaches.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience for our student-athletes and their families.
- Ability and willingness to make difficult decisions and deliver the truth with an appropriate measure of truth and grace.
