Head Coach – High School (Golf, Track, Soccer)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
• Three years coaching experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Organizes and submits all paperwork, including, but not limited to forms, letters, inventories, rosters, and Accident/Incident/Vandalism (AIV) reports in a timely manner.
• Provides oversight and direct supervision before, during, and after practice, competition, athletic camps, and related events.
• Maintains budgeting procedures in accordance with District practice and policy inclusive of activity and/or fund raising money.
• Demonstrates good judgment in securing and utilizing facilities, equipment, and key access 5. Supervises assistant coaches and provides input regarding their evaluations.
• Develops and maintains appropriate relationships and shows poise in interacting with all people related to the sport.
• Works cooperatively with school administrators in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the program.
• Meets with players, parents, staff, officials, and other groups as necessary in order to collect and provide information important to the program and its events.
