The Head Coach of Men’s Rugby works closely with student leaders of the Club to direct all aspects of the Club Men’s Rugby Team including coaching, match strategy, scheduling, program administration, budgeting and associated student leadership roles and responsibilities within the Club.
- Bachelor’s degree (Physical Education or related field) preferred or a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the post secondary level and/or professional competitive experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness coaching Rugby is required.
- 4-6 years’ coaching at the secondary or post secondary level or 4-6 years’ experience working in a competitive collegiate environment is required.
- World Rugby Coaching Level 200 certification is required. Strength and Conditioning and overseas tour planning experience is preferred.
