Head Coach – Men’s Soccer

Major Responsibilities:

• Successfully implementing a recruiting/retention plan.
• Executing practice and training plan.
• Supporting student-athlete success, academically and athletically.
• Scheduling athletic contests and arranging transportation, in conjunction with Athletic Director.
• Maintaining the program in accordance with department, College, and NJCAA rules and regulations.

Skills:

• Prior Coaching, Recruiting and Playing Experience Preferred.
• Must have Organizational, Management and Teamwork Skills.
• Must have Administrative and Computer Skills.
• Must have Interpersonal Communication Skills.
• Must have a Willingness and Desire to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
