Head Coach – Men’s Soccer

The Head Coach of Men’s Soccer is responsible for all aspects of coaching, recruiting and administering of the soccer program along with being a relentless supporter of Bryant & Stratton College and its athletics department. This coach will be responsible for starting this program from its initial stages. Collegiate recruiting experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and coaching student-athletes.
• Monitoring student-athlete academic performance.
• Commitment to academic integrity and student-athlete welfare.
• Developing and managing the program’s budget.
• Fund-raising to support the program’s operational budget.
• Hire, supervise, and develop assistant coaches.

Requirements:

• Five years coaching & recruiting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated recruiting and retention success at a higher educational institution.
• Solid administrative skills with the ability to communicate and motivate staff to achieve goals.
• Willingness to interact comfortably with individuals and constituency groups that are crucial to the advancement of the men’s soccer program along with the department and institution.
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Education: Associate degree or better required/Bachelor’s degree or better preferred..
