The Head Coach, Men’s & Women’s Swim & Dive will oversee, develop, organize, and direct a strategically competitive NCAA Division I program. This position is responsible for the overall coaching, management and administration of the program to include evaluating and recruiting, supervising academic progress and promoting the graduation of student-athletes.

Proven success in the recruitment of academically and athletically qualified student-athletes as well as the commitment to the personal, academic, and athletics success of all student-athletes.
Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
