To lead, coach, develop and administer all aspects of the women’s Golf program within NCAA, Ivy League and institutional standards.
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of technical and strategic aspects of Women’s Golf.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community.
- Ability to teach, lead, motivate and guide student-athletes.
Ability to recruit effectively with no athletic grants-in-aid and highly selective admissions standards.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
