Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan in-season and out of season practices providing instruction, mentoring and guidance to student-athletes for the development of athletic skills and abilities for competitive success.
- Manage operational, fiscal and administrative responsibilities of the women’s program.
- Consistently demonstrate a high level of involvement in the health and well-being of the student- athletes
- Communicate effectively and establish consistent team weekly schedules
- Set academic GPA standard for the team to be equal to or greater than the department expectation of 3.3. To be consistently competitive within the Conference of New England and NCAA’s, and to achieve team and individual conference and regional recognition.
- Supervise and mentor Assistant Coach, provide opportunity and feedback for growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with a Master degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of successful collegiate coaching experience, preferably as a head coach.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other administrators, coaches, students, and faculty.
- Must be a dynamic leader within the college setting with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with technology and recruiting applications.
- Knowledge of all NCAA Division III, Conference of New England and Endicott policies
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record in accordance with all institutional policies.
