The position requires a high level of experience in the area of recruiting, practice organization, game strategies, conditioning, public relations, fund raising, and team discipline. Possibly instruct multiple soccer courses.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A minimum of three years successful coaching on the collegiate levels is preferred. Five years successful coaching on the secondary, or club level, will be considered.
Ability to work as a team with a variety of people.
Possess organizational skills, computer literacy and budgeting and accounting experience.
Ability to possess a valid Oregon drivers’ license.
Ability to complete 15 passenger bus training.
Ability to possess current First Aid/CPR certification.
Able to recruit student athletes to fulfill roster requirement.
