Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize and plan for the overall success of the University’s football program within the Gulf South Conference and NCAA- including overall program management to include recruiting, practice planning, competition preparation, scouting, and travel.
- Organize and plan practice and game plans.
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling and recruiting activities.
- Assist with Financial Aid and eligibility matters for student-athletes.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics and President.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Collegiate football coaching experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability and desire to motivate student-athletes to succeed athletically and academically.
- Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, staff, other coaches, students, and alumni.
