Head Girls Golf Coach

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the varsity Girls Golf team, fostering a positive and competitive environment.
• Develop and implement a practice schedule that promotes skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Recruit and manage student athletes for the program.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, athletic administration, and school officials.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required reports (e.g., eligibility, transportation).
• Ensure all players are aware of and adhere to Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the game of golf and its rules.
• Prior coaching experience at the high school level preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student athletes.
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive team environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
