Head Girls Track and Field Coach

Duties:

• Experience coaching the sport.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Organizational/motivational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the sport (rules, drills, etc).
• Work on fundamental skills and stratiegies.
• Ensures that equipment and facilities are maintained.
• Performs administrative duties.
• Schedule and supervise contests and practice sessions.
• Organize team events.
• Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County, or have taken the A.S.E.P.
• Requirements for Coaching in Illinois, or have a State of Illinois Substitute Teaching License registered in Will County.
