Head Golf Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the golf program, including practices, matches, and team activities.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate players to achieve their full potential both on and off the course.
• Manage assistant coaches, ensuring alignment with the program's goals and standards.
• Design and implement training programs to develop players’ technical skills, mental strategies, and physical conditioning.
• Provide individualized feedback and instruction to improve athletes' performance.
• Monitor players' progress and adjust training plans as needed to meet team and individual goals.
• Develop and execute strategies for success in competitions, including match preparation and on-course tactics.
• Schedule and coordinate participation in matches and tournaments.
• Analyze performance data to inform coaching decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a golf coach, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
• Strong knowledge of golf techniques, training methods, and competitive strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate athletes of varying skill levels.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and relevant coaching credentials preferred (we can assist with this if needed).
