Head Golf Coach

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a working knowledge of the NJCAA eligibility rules and regulations as related to the sport being coached.
• Attend coaches meetings as scheduled by the Athletics Manager.
• Maintain a working knowledge of his/her sport and transmit it to the players; field a competitive and representable team.
• Assist in keeping the playing area in playing condition and assist in preparation of an event.
• Maintain good working relationships with the coaching staff.
• Exhibit professional appearance, conduct and behavior during athletic contests
  and when representing Waubonsee Community College.
• Comply with Athletic Trainers decision regarding the participation of injured
  player.
• Perform other duties may be assigned by the Athletics Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency required; Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Previous coaching experience desirable.
• Athletic participation in the sport.
• Ability to recruit and train athletes in the program.
