Head Golf Coach for Middle & High School

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the golf program for grades 6–12.
• Develop practice plans and coach student-athletes in golf technique, course strategy, and competition readiness.
• Provide spiritual leadership and discipleship to student-athletes, integrating Biblical principles into coaching.
• Coordinate match schedules, transportation, and communication with athletes and families.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with school and athletic league policies.
• Encourage sportsmanship, character, and Christ-like conduct on and off the course.

Qualifications:

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a desire to minister to students through athletics.
• Prior golf coaching or competitive playing experience (required).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Positive and encouraging demeanor with a focus on personal and athletic development.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
