Head Golf Coach – Men’s and Women’s

Duties:

• Conduct individual and group golf lessons, focusing on skill development, technique improvement, and game strategy.
• Educate players on the rules of golf, etiquette, and sportsmanship.
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during practices and competitions.
• Organize practice sessions, drills, and conditioning exercises to enhance players' physical fitness and performance.
• Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of golf techniques, rules, and strategies; 3 years previous experience as a collegiate player or coach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages.
• A commitment to fostering a supportive team environment that encourages personal growth both on and off the course.
