The Head Cross Country Coach will be responsible for all phases of strong leadership in managing the NCAA DIII Cross Country program in accordance and compliance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations. This includes but is not limited to coaching, providing leadership for assistant coaches, scouting, recruiting, instructing, strength and conditioning, arranging travel, managing budgets, tracking equipment and developing alumni contacts. This position will also serve as an Assistant Track and Field Coach. Other assignments will be defined by the Director of Athletics and may include game management, facility overview, teaching, and / or administration.
