Head Men’s Soccer Coach

The Head Coach for NC State Men’s Soccer is responsible for the leadership and management of all phases of the program. Conduct all applicable operations in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Department of Athletics and the University.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree required with experience in relevant independent instructional or educational activities; specific minimum experience is at the discretion of the Director of Athletics.
• Knowledge and commitment to compliance with ACC, NCAA and University guidelines.
• Commitment to integrity and creating a welcoming environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as written and oral communication skills.
• Will be required to have a valid driver's license.
• Must have or be able to obtain before start date certification in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automatic external defibrillator (ADD) use.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in related field.
• Demonstrated success as a Men's Soccer Head Coach.
• Demonstrated success in Division 1 Men's Soccer.
