Head Middle School Girls’ Lacrosse Coach

• Promotes the individual growth of each student athlete as well as embracing a team-first approach to success.
• Assists the Director of Athletics and Physical Education in scheduling activities to ensure the development of the program.
• Inventories and maintains all equipment and compiles related statistics.
• Trains and evaluates assistant coaches and playing participants.
• Acts as a liaison person in relating the program to the staff, administration, Moravian Academy community, and general public.
• Coordinates the overall practice schedule for the program.
• Plans and develops game responsibilities.
• Maintains professional growth through attendance of coaching clinics and conferences.
• Adheres to all rules and regulations set forth by the Lehigh Valley Youth Girls Lacrosse League, the Colonial League and the PIAA.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience coaching girl’s Lacrosse in a college, high school, or club environment.
• Preference will be given to applicants with a previous background in independent schools or similar college-preparatory programs.
