Head of Basketball Coaching and Operations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality control and adherence to our coaching standards.
• Represent the company at games and events, embodying our values and culture.
• Provide support and guidance to coaches during games and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Managing program managers and ensuring programs operate effectively.
• Set clear performance expectations for coaches and staff.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to support staff’s development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.
• Serve as a "player-coach," stepping in to coach or assist with games and practices as needed.
• Act as a liaison between coaches, staff, parents, and players, facilitating effective communication in written and verbal form.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
