Head Softball Coach

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage and direct all aspects of the women’s softball program including on the field coaching Be responsible for the recruitment of all team members Administer all aspects of the softball program including scholarship allocation, budget management, team transportation, conditioning, equipment care, and academic monitoring Supervise and direct Assistant Coaches and Graduate Assistants Assist the Athletic Director with preparation of budget and scheduling Engage in fund raising activities as assigned Performs other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position must work and travel nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. This position must purchase and maintain a cellular device and service that will be used for work functions. This position must be responsible for plan choices, calling areas, service features, terminations clauses, and paying for all charges associated with the cellular device and service.
