Head Softball Coach

Drake University is hiring a Head Softball Coach. This position is responsible for overseeing all duties associated with a Division I softball program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Progressively responsible experience as a softball coach at the collegiate level.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high quality student-athletes from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication skills and ability to interact with a wide variety of constituents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree.
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience as a softball coach with at least four at the NCAA Division I level.
• Head coaching experience.
