Head Softball Coach

The Head Softball Coach will be responsible for the direction and oversight of the softball program at Chino Valley High School and the coaching functions related to the sport of softball. The functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Promoting academic progress of student athletes in school.
• Assist student athletes in entering post-secondary options athletically as well as academically.
• Supervise staff and establish a strong working relationship with the high school, middle school, youth organizations, district, and surrounding community.
• Develop athletes physically, mentally, and emotionally for high school competition.
• Mentoring.
• Alumni communication.
• Fundraising.
• Organize and manage camps and clinics.
• Provide effective management of games and practices.
• Game day preparation.
• Follow all Arizona Interscholastic Association and Chino Valley Board of Education rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
