Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution, Master’s preferred.
Experience in coaching softball, collegiate level coaching preferred.
Commitment to provide positive experiences for student athletes in the women’s softball program. Exhibit a commitment to abide by all University, conference and NAIA rules and guidelines. Experience with and commitment to working with diverse student populations.
A committed and dynamic Christian faith is vital along with the ability to support the University’s theological position, lifestyle standards and mission.
Job Skills and Specifications:
Exhibit and articulate evidence of current, practical knowledge of the sport of Softball.
Exhibit and articulate evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Ability to become knowledgeable of, support and uphold the philosophy of both Asbury University and the Asbury Athletic Department.
