The Head Strength and Conditioning is responsible for managing a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to assist with the development of 17 intercollegiate teams (300 plus student-athletes). This role supports student success by promoting intercollegiate athletics as an integral part of the college learning environment and supporting the academic success of student-athletes.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Certified (NSCA –CSCS; CSCCA – SCCC; USAW) and experienced strength coach.
Valid AED, CPR & First Aid certifications preferred.
Ability to work independently.
