1-3 years of relevant experience in strength and conditioning at the collegiate level; C.S.C.S. or comparable certification; and experience with strength and conditioning software.
Ability to work cooperatively with other staff and students in a wide variety of situations.
May require exposure to adverse environmental conditions such as noise, extreme temperatures, inclement weather, and other adversities as the incumbent performs duties and responsibilities in both an indoor and outdoor setting as well as occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and/or the ability to lift, carry, push or pull or otherwise move objects with a limited amount of force.
The responsibilities require travel and a willingness to work weekends and non-traditional hours.
CPR/First Aid certified III.
