Head Swim Team Coach

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience coaching competitive swimming.
• 1+ years experience teaching swim lessons preferred.
• 1+ years experience managing staff preferred.
• Ability to obtain Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (training provided).
• YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided).
• Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics.
• Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams.
• Design and implement practices and workout schedules.
• Maintain communication with athletes and families.
• Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members.
