Head Tennis Coach – Men’s and Women’s Teams

Duties:

• Conduct individual and group tennis lessons, focusing on skill development, technique improvement, and game strategy.
• Educate players on the rules of tennis, etiquette, and sportsmanship.
• Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere during practices and competitions.
• Organize practice sessions, drills, and conditioning exercises to enhance players' physical fitness and performance.
• Monitor players' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals, both on the court and in the classroom.
• Recruit players within the NAIA guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Physical Education or other related program.
• 3 years experience administering recreation or tennis program; experience as a collegiate coach and/or player preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players.
• Knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
