Head Volleyball Coach

Responsibilities:

• Formation of teams followed by implementation of program standards & culture.
• Organizing practices and communicating clear expectations and standards to players and other coaches.
• Tracking the academic progress of student athletes and facilitating necessary support to ensure their academic eligibility and long-term success.

Requirements:

• High ethical and professional standards.
• Strong desire to be a role model for high school student athletes.
• Commitment to academic excellence and achievement for all student-athletes.
• Demonstrated ability to be a positive leader in a volleyball program.
• Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of volleyball strategy, staff management, skill development, and coaching techniques.
• Previous experience managing a budget and organizing fundraisers.
• Previous head coaching experience preferred.
